Festival History

The Salt Fork Arts & Crafts Festival originated June 3, 1967, as a one-day event on the City of Cambridge courthouse square. The Festival Committee then known as the Greater Cambridge Arts Council decided to move the Festival to the Cambridge City Park in 1968. A Board of Trustees consisting of (13) members and (15) Committees of the Ohio Arts and Crafts Foundation, a 501(c)3 nonprofit established in 1968, sponsors and will hold its 40th Annual Salt Fork Arts & Crafts (Juried) Festival.

The Festival featured "Keeping Our Heritage Alive 2007" weekend in the Cambridge City Park, Cambridge (11,657/Est. 2000 Census), Guernsey County (41,304/Est. 2000 Census). The festival is a major event in Guernsey County drawing over 6,000 people from 10 states.

Time of the event is:

Friday, 3 p.m. - 8 p.m.
Saturday, 11:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.; and
Sunday, 11:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
