Heritage of the Arts

Heritage of the Arts has been an integral part of the Salt Fork Arts & Festival since 2000. "Keeping Our Heritage Alive", one of the Festival’s themes, consisted of heritage presenters, heritage demonstrations, cultural exhibits, and educational activities for children and adults.  Popular heritage demonstrations; i.e., spinning and weaving, pre-1840 Merchant, soap making, candle dipping, hand-painted wind chimes, old-fashioned school days, rug weaving & wool dying, Naturalist, wellness information, Living Word Outdoor Drama actors in costume, African Art Exhibit, making butter, making ice cream, and much more.
