Maintenance
A very important part of a Festival
as large as the Salt Fork Arts & Crafts Festival entails a hugh
array of organizing and coordinating between the Festival Director
and the Maintenance Chairman. The Chairman responsibilities
for Maintenance includes recruiting volunteers for both setup and
tear down of equipment. Any additional equipment required
must be arranged and picked up by the Maintenance crew. Any
and all internal Festival flags and signs is appropriately placed
by this crew as well. The Maintenance Chairman is also responsible
for setting up and meeting the electrical needs for both the Festival
and the Artists as well as maintaining. Also, this committee will
assist artists with their tents. This committee will be called upon
in 2009 to erect display boards for our Arts & Crafts Auction.
