Marketplace
Initiated by the demand for Ohio-made
products, The Marketplace, opened at the Salt Fork Arts & Crafts
Festival for the first time in 2004. Marketplace will return in
2009 to offer festival-goers a chance to purchase a cornucopia of
several food products made in Ohio by established businesses as
well as aspiring entrepreneurs. Several products sold at the
Marketplace tent will be accompanied by cooking demonstrations using
a combination of Ohio made food items. In 2009, food vendors
will tempt you with a variety of their Ohio homemade food products
including exotic flavors of tea, hot and spicy salsas, an array
of dips, barbecue sauces, condiments, snacks, cookies, candy, ice
cream and something for Man's Best Friend.
