2025 Concessions

The 2025 Salt Fork Arts and Crafts Festival concessions committee is now accepting applications from concessionaires to fill the spaces for the 2025 Festival.  We are planning for 7 to 10 concessions to offer a variety of foods.

Concessions Fee

The fee for the 3-day event is $175.00 and due in full by July 7, 2025

Set Up

  • Thursday, August 7, 2025 • 1:00 p.m. to 8 p.m.

  • Friday, August 8, 2025 • 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.


* All exhibitors must have their booth set-up by 11:00 a.m. on Friday.
* You must not tear down until 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, August 10, 2025.
